It is finally starting to feel like Spring in New England. With the nicer weather, I have been craving a good restaurant quality cocktail. I did my research and a little improvising and whipped up a delicious classic margarita using 100% agave tequila. It was so good that I had to share. Add some chips and guacamole and you will have yourself a fiesta!


Prep a glass with ice. Add all ingredients to the Shaker. Add ice and Shake Shake Shake. Optional: Add a extra lime wedge, salt, or cucumbers slices to garnish.


1 1/2 oz casamigos blanco  – 1 1/2 oz Cointreau – 1 oz lime juice – 100% Organic blue agave

Optional: Extra lime wedges, cucumber slices, and salt for the rim
