It’s finally starting to feel like summer, which means its Lobster Roll season! Rob & I took Lily to explore Clinton, CT while Elle was in school and stumbled across a quintessential New England Lobster Shack perfectly named Lobster Landing. This Connecticut gem sits on the water with views of Long Island Sound and serves fresh seafood, including my all-time favorite the warm buttered lobster roll.
When we pulled up to Lobster Landing, we walked through the crushed seashells to the waters edge to order our food. The restaurant had music playing and adirondack chairs & picnic tables so we could eat our lunch while taking in the sea views. There is a shaded area perfect for newborns or toddlers who need a break from the sun and the vibe is casual which is always welcome when bringing the kids to a dining destination. The best part though was the lobster roll! Hot, fresh, and buttery and on my list of the best I’ve tried. Lobster Landing has officially been added to my summer New England travel list.
